I had hoped to get this blog post out by this evening but due to being crazy busy and wanting to do Karin and David's story justice I am going to postpone it until I can get it done right without rushing (more). I am on hour 12 of my work day and I have so much to share! Next week will be full of posts.
As a sign of good faith I give you another preview!

You deserve some photos
Hello my little blog.
I am about to run out for some more errands but I wanted to quickly post some photos from last weekends wedding with the lovely Charise. I love when I have a free day where I can go out and 2nd shoot. Like I've said before, it's good for my creativity to be able to just shoot without worrying that I captured every photo needed.
These are just a few of my favorites from the beautiful June 6th wedding at Hartley Botanica.

The Wedding Dress
I thought I would take a few moments and share some of the wedding dresses I have come across that I love.
The first one is from the amazingly talented designer Joan Shum:
I think her dresses have a whimsical yet glamorous flair to them. Punk rock yet classic?
Gibson Rose:
Next up, Stephanie James Couture. Stephanie James has an amazing assortment of tea length dresses. I think tea length is a great way to go if you're a little on the spunky side and for warmer weather. I absolutely love all the options. The silk ribbon on this dress is hand dyed and comes in a variety of colors to match your wedding theme.
Josephine:
Here are a few of my favorites by Melissa Sweet
Be on the lookout for this post to be continually updated with new looks I love.

Engagement: Matt + Jana
I am recovering from an exhausting but amazing weekend. I pushed myself today and got two awesome sessions edited. This is the first of those two.
Matt and Jana are nothing short of incredible. They really listened to all the advice I gave them and their photos turned out beautifully. It was a perfect mix of my photographic style and their artistic and fun personalities. I simply cannot wait for their September 19th wedding at Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo. Did I mention Matt is an awesome artist and musician? You can see some of his work at: www.mattgroller.com
We started their engagement session at Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills and then headed off to some hiking trails in Thousand Oaks.
this is a big post folks, I just couldn't narrow it down anymore!
Whew! Did you make it through that? Wasn't it awesome?
